Welcome to my signature Art & Soul Session! I’m happy to be your guide and offer you a sacred space where you feel empowered to trust your inner wisdom, let your inner child play with collage and align with your soul along the way.
My special 1.5 hour one-on-one package includes the following:
- connecting to your inner wisdom with intuitive oracle & tarot card guidance using my “Inner Compass Oracle” deck and my “Inner Journey” Major ArcanaTarot deck covering a personal topic of your choice.
- getting out of your head and into your body with a 10 minute relaxing mindfulness meditation/visualization to help you connect to your intuition and hear the voice of your heart.
- creating a collage with magazine images, incorporating the SoulCollage® method in response to the cards and your meditation experience. I will guide you through the process and show you how to let your collage “speak” by “stepping into the image” to thus reveal its gifts and wisdom to you – the best part: no artistic experience is necessary!
As you practice being fully immersed in the moment without judgement or expectations, your intuitive channels open and your creative expression can flow freely from the heart to bring you new insights from your soul’s perspective.
Even after our session together the process continues. As you re-visit your collage, it can reveal to you those intuitive answers from within to your life’s questions and promote your personal journey of self-discovery and well-being in a profound way.
