Meet Your Future Self with SoulCollage® – Online Workshop 25 September 2022

SoulCollage® is an expressive arts practice founded by Seena B. Frost.  SoulCollage® is a transformative method, has many applications, and involves images and glue, The SoulCollage® method helps us discover our unique inner/outer guides and challengers in life. We explore and express ourselves by making cards, sharing cards, journaling, and consulting our cards about our own life questions. SoulCollage® is a trademarked method which abides by the “Principles of SoulCollage®.”

In this workshop we will look at the idea of a Self  in the timeline of past-present-future and meet our “future self” through a guided visualization and the creation of a SoulCollage® card. We will then give the image a voice using the “I am one who…” method.

The workshops takes place on a New Moon and around the time of Fall Equinox. We we will align with the energies of this moment in the year when the Sun is exactly above the Equator and day and night are of equal length. The energies we summon around the Autumnal Equinox and a new moon will stay with us throughout the Winter and carry us into the rebirth of Spring.

NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE NECESSARY to participate! There will be a short introduction to the SoulCollage® process

 Materials needed:

• assorted magazines with lots of colorful images
• blank 5 x 8 inch card (card stock, thin cardboard or thick paper)
• scissors
• gluestick
• journal, piece of scrap paper to write a short letter and pen
• candle
