Neurovisual Coaching

In this coaching session I mainly work with the “ABC” coaching method as taught by  Britta Remmel using a variety of coaching cards.  After acquiring a certificate in this “visual coaching” method I have found this approach to be a valuable addition to my own work with people using images intuitively to access the answers from within.

Together we will embark on a process of discovery, through images, questioning and reflection, to arrive at insights into a challenging situation or question. We begin by choosing the main topic  or question you wish to look at. Then a fixed number of cards are chosen (blindly) and placed on a template in a particular order. Each card is first questioned individually to eventually arrive at a solution or deeper insight. The synchronicities between the cards and the topic at hand are always astonishing and insightful – even in online sessions.

The images on the coaching cards act as a gateway to the  subconscious mind and, when combined with specific questioning and reflection methods they form a simple yet powerful tool to dive into the pre-conscious knowing to bring your own abundant wisdom into your conscious awareness.
